A complaint inspection and routine inspection were conducted today.
The drain in the parts cleaning area is a one -compartment oil/water separator with an outlet hole to the
city storm drain system. The site has the sludge pumped from the separator approximately once every
two years, according to the ci n ner. Records are available on site for oil/water separator sludge disposal,
and drums of sludge were observed on site during the 2011 inspection. The area surrounding the drain is
concrete. Drums were observed on site containing used oil, drained used oil filters, metal fines, and
universal waste aerosol cans. An empty, pre -labeled hazardous waste drum was observed for the
storage of future oil/water separator sludge.
**See additional pages for the Routine Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report**
ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT Ay TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE
