Oil Spill Control (§§112.7(a)(3)(ii) & (iii)): <br />Table G-4 Oil Spill Control <br />Discharge prevention measures including procedures for routine handling of oil products (loading, <br />unloading and facility transfers) have been created and are being implemented.[§112.7(a)(3)(ii)] <br />The following is a description, listing or summary of the procedures for routine oil handling in place at this facility: <br />Discharge or drainage controls such as secondary containment around containers and other structures, <br />equipment, and procedures for the control of a discharge have been implemented.[§112.7(a)(3)(iii)] <br />The following is a description, listing or summary of the discharge controls and procedures in place at this facility: <br />Facility Name: <br />x <br />- Fuel supplier connects to fill pipes to fill our fuel tank and maintains responsibility for any leakage <br />or spill during loading <br />- Our drivers fuel their tractor at the end of each shift using an electric powered fuel pump system <br />x <br />- Appropriate secondary containment and/or diversionary structures or equipment is provided for handling <br />all fuel at our fueling location to prevent a discharge to navigable water or adjoining shoreline. The entire <br />secondary containment system, including floor and walls, is capable of containing fuel and is constructed so <br />that any discharge from the fuel tank will not escape the containment system before cleanup occurs. <br />CALIFORNIA FREIGHT ACA
