All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: Salsa in prep table reach in cooler 47F. Provide 41 F or below for potentially hazardous food (PH F) <br />immediately. <br />CAL CODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br />#27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Bag of onions and containers of cooking oil under sink next to plumbing. Store food separately from <br />plumbing and sink immediately. Corrected on site. <br />One container of onions in 2D cooler not covered. Cover to prevent food contamination (i.e. paint peeling from racks). <br />Corrected on site. <br />CAL CODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. (113984 (a, b, c, d, f), 113986, 114060, <br />114067(a, d, e, j), 114069(a, b), 114077, 114089.1(c), 114143 (c)) <br />#35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: Middle fan not working. Repair in 3 days. This is a repeat violation. <br />2 comp sink table cracked. Repair that will prevent water leakage in 2 weeks. <br />Cap for potable water inlet lacking. Provide in 3 days. <br />3 inch hole on ceiling screen. Repair in 1 week. <br />Cardboard under sink. Remove and provide non-absorbent and cleanable surface. <br />Paint on storage racks of 2D cooler peeling / worn off.
