(2) a written job description for each position listed under subsection (d)(1) of this section. This <br />description may be consistent in its degree of specificity with descriptions for other similar <br />positions in the same company location or bargaining unit, but shall include the requisite skill, <br />education, or other qualifications, and duties of facility personnel assigned to each position; <br />(3) a written description of the type and amount of both introductory and continuing training <br />that will be given to each person filling a position listed under subsection (d)(1) of this section; <br />(4) records that document that the training or job experience required under subsections (a), <br />(b), and (c) of this section has been given to, and completed by, facility personnel. <br />Train all employees who handle hazardous waste in hazardous waste management <br />and provide updated employee training to this office by June 10, 2016. <br />Violation 112, CCR 66262.20. Failed to prepare manifests for transportation of hazardous <br />waste. <br />Facility owner stated hazardous waste was transported from his facility at 2000 Sanguinetti <br />Lane in Stockton to this location by his employees. Facility owner also stated hazardous waste <br />is routinely moved from 1000 E. Channel to 1015 E. Channel Street in Stockton. <br />A generator who transports, or offers for transport a hazardous waste for off-site transfer, <br />treatment, storage, or disposal, shall prepare a Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest (OMB <br />Control number 2050-0039) on EPA Form 8700-22, and, if necessary, a Continuation Sheet on <br />EPA Form 8700- 22A, according to the instructions included in the Appendix to chapter 12 of <br />this division before the waste is transported off-site. <br />Immediately, prepare a hazardous waste manifest for all hazardous waste. <br />Violation 203, HSC 25189.5(c). Channel Street in Stockton. <br />(c) Any person who knowingly transports or causes the transportation of hazardous waste, or <br />who reasonably should have known that he or she was causing the transportation of any <br />hazardous waste, to a facility which does not have a permit from the department issued <br />pursuant to this chapter, or at any point which is not authorized according to this chapter, shall, <br />upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one year or by <br />imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170 of the Penal Code. <br />Immediately, stop transporting or causing the transport of hazardous waste to an <br />unauthorized point <br />Violation 301, CCR 66265.31.
