The external light used as part of the overfill <br />prevention system is not currently functional on the used oil UST. This information was required to be submitted <br />by April 17, 2015. This information was not completely received resulting in a <br />non-compliant status for this facility. An inspection was done on January 14, <br />2014 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be <br />submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to <br />be submitted by February 9, 2014. An inspection report was done on August <br />19, 2013 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be <br />submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to <br />be submitted by December 2, 2013. This information has not been received <br />resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility.
