#27 <br />U-917 (8-89) OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE COMPANY <br />UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS <br />STATE FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Whenever the Named Insured uses coverage endorsements) under this Policy, in combination with a <br />state fund or state assurance program or any other available financial responsibility mechanism (hereafter <br />"State Funds'), in order to satisfy financial responsibility requirements for underground storage tanks, then <br />the following shall apply: <br />1. when the above Endorsement(s) are used to satisfy the deductible amount pursuant to <br />applicable States Funds, then the coverage limit provided under this Policy is limited to the <br />minimum deductible amount required by said State Funds; <br />and/or <br />2. when the above Endorsements) are used to satisfy an excess amount pursuant to applicable <br />State Funds, then the coverage limit provided under this Policy is limited to the minimum <br />excess amount required by said State Funds; <br />and <br />3. when the above Endorsement(s) are used to satisfy such minimum deductible and/or excess <br />amount(s), no coverage is provided under this Policy for that portion of the financial <br />responsibility limits otherwise provided by said State Funds above such minimum(s). <br />Endorsement C-16 <br />
