N28 <br />U-917 (8-89) OLD REPUBLIC INSURANCE COMPANY <br />REIMBURSEMENT ENDORSEMENT <br />UNDERGROUND AND ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANKS <br />This Endorsement modifies insurance provided under Endorsements C-13, C-14, C-15, C-16 and C-18 as <br />follows: <br />The insured agrees to reimburse the Company for any payments made by the Company that the <br />Company is obligated to make under the provisions contained in Endorsements C-13, C-14, C-15, C-16 <br />and C-18. The insured further agrees that if the Company is obligated to make payments under any other <br />provisions of this Policy, that is also covered by the provisions contained in Endorsements C-13, C-14, <br />C-15, C-16 and C-18, the insured's obligation to reimburse the Company shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />Endorsement C-17 <br />
