A black 55 gallon drum labeled as "MEK TBR" was not labeled <br />correctly. <br />2. A black 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste labeled as "M.E.K. to <br />be recy" was not labeled correctly. <br />3. A green 55 gallon drum of paint waste was not labeled correctly. <br />4. A black 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste labeled as "M.E.K. to <br />be recy" did not have a lid. <br />5. The generator had not determined if the waste entering the "dump <br />tank" is a hazardous waste. <br />6. Hanging on the side of the spray booth was a black container <br />collecting paint over spray that was not maintained to minimize the <br />possibility of a sudden release. <br />E) HAZARDOUS WASTE STORAGE AREA: <br />1. One 55 gallon drum of hazardous waste did not have the date of <br />accumulation clearly marked and visible for inspection. <br />2. A device such as a telephone or a hand-held, two-way radio, <br />capable of summoning emergency assistance from local police <br />department, fire department or local emergency response team <br />was not available. <br />F) DOCUMENTATION: <br />1. A land disposal restriction notification form could not be found for <br />manifest #356989. <br />2. Personnel training records were not adequate. <br />0 <br />
