5. If an employee is not accounted for, a two-man team with a guide rope, portable <br />lights, and portable radios will conduct a search for the missing person. <br />6. Tracy DC will direct the efforts to identify the problem and restore electricity in a <br />safe and expeditious manner. <br />7. Tracy DC may utilize, among other resources, the local electric utility company, an <br />outside electrical contractor or company, or rental equipment. <br />8. Tracy DC will communicate with contractors and employees on the status and <br />process involved with returning the electricity and will notify them when electricity <br />has been restored to a dependable status. <br />9. No employees will remain behind to operate critical plant operations before they <br />evacuate. <br />13 <br />
