C. Is outside assistance necessary? If so, who needs to be called in? <br />3. At the Assembly Area the Emergency Coordinator will receive the results of the head <br />counts and report any missing personnel to the Fire Chief. He/she will also inform <br />the Fire Chief of the most likely location where the missing personnel might be <br />found. <br />4. All decisions ultimately lie with the Emergency Coordinator. <br />Supervisors: <br />1. Primary responsibility is to see that all employees are safely evacuated. <br />2. Notify EC of the severe damage and its location. <br />3. Direct all employees in the area to the correct Evacuation Assembly Area. Make <br />assignments of personnel at danger spots, stairs, doorways (outside) to ensure they <br />are kept open. <br />4. Get head counts from the assigned roll call personnel listed in Table 1 and report the <br />results to the Emergency Coordinator. <br />5. Assist the emergency response personnel if necessary. <br />Employees/Contractors (not HazMat Response Team) <br />1. Evacuate the facility safely if asked to do so. <br />2. Follow instructions given by the Emergency Coordinator and the Supervisors. <br />Note: Once outside the plant, stay clear of the plant unless you are assigned a further task. All <br />employees are urged to keep as calm and quiet as possible. <br />1. Proceed to the outside of the building in an orderly manner by utilizing the emergency <br />lighting, your personal flashlight, or the forklift lights. <br />2. Do not drive pallet jacks or forklifts unless the lights on the forklift are needed to see. <br />Remember, that the amount of light will be greatly reduced, so extreme caution must <br />be taken. <br />3. Once outside, report to your Supervisor immediately. <br />4. The Supervisors will take roll to ensure that everyone is out of the building. He will <br />alert the Emergency Coordinator if someone is missing. <br />
