Immediately <br /> make a hazardous waste determination for the 2 - 55 gallon drums containing unknown liquid and <br /> absorbent pads, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Provide proof of <br /> corrective action to the EHD within 30 days of receiving this report. <br /> 11. Hydraulic oil leaking from a casing left on the concrete, absorbent soaked in oil on the floor and fine <br /> powder under the sandblast machine on the floor. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to <br /> minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water <br /> which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately clean the spill area, make a <br /> determination of the hazardous waste status of the 2 - 55 gallon drums, and manage according to Title <br /> 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this <br /> waste was managed to the EHD within 30 days of receiving this report. <br /> 20 & 50. 2 - 55 gallon blue poly drums by the truck wash area, 1 - 55 gallon drum with absorbent, 1 - <br /> 55 gallon drum with oily dirt and a container in the storage shed holding drained used oil had no <br /> hazardous waste label. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information. Since these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a <br /> licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the <br /> manifest to the EHD within 30 days of receiving this report. <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE($122). <br /> THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHIYS CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> EHD Inspector: Received By: Title: <br /> EHD 23-02-003 Rev 08/10/10 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
