Proiect Management <br /> Project management activities will be performed during the project and will include providing <br /> updated information to the City regarding our field observations and results of laboratory analysis. <br /> Additional project management activities include coordination of fieldwork, obtaining utility <br /> clearance, permitting, field staffing, project scheduling, including coordination of onsite work with <br /> City personnel, coordination of subcontractors, project scheduling, client meetings (includes <br /> conference calls), and budget management. <br /> Assumptions <br /> • We assume that the City of Tracy will arrange with UP to allow for site access during the <br /> Phase II soil sampling. Geocon further assumes the City of Tracy will pay all required right . <br /> of access fees. <br /> • This Workplan does not include disposal of investigation-derived waste including soil <br /> cuttings and decontamination rinseate.
