The cement will be placed through a <br /> tremie pipe from the well bottom to the surface to ensure complete backfilling of the boring. <br /> Water Supply I Well <br /> The water supply well will be video logged to determine its construction-specifications; <br /> • The water supply well will be perforated and pressure grouted to 5 feet below ground <br /> surface; <br /> • The top five feet of the water supply well casing will be exposed by excavation and cut off; <br /> and <br /> • The excavation will be backfilled with Type 1-II cement. a <br /> The wells will be destroyed in accordance with California Water Well Bulletin 74-81 and <br /> supplement 74-90 guidelines. .The fieldwork will be completed under the oversight of a <br /> geologist registered in the state of California. <br /> Report Preparation <br /> ENSR will submit State of California form '188 Well Completion Reports to the EHD and the <br /> Department of Water Resources-(DWR) upon completion of the well destruction activities. <br /> Project Time Schedule <br /> ENSR estimates that the well destruction will require 1. to 2 days to complete.
