Tri-Valley Growers
Project No. 15826 November 9, 1887
.-.
Page 4-1 "
is
SECTION 4.0
SANCE
_ A review of existing wells was undertaken by rxceltech to ascertain
approximate Incations of wells within one-fourth mile of the project site
area. Figure 3 shows the site area and limits of the well survey based on a
-" one-fourth mile radius. Basic well survey information was obtained by
several visits to the site, the SJLHD and the San Joaquin County Assessor's
Office. Six wells were located within the radius of the well survey. Four
wells are located on Tri-Valley Growers, property and one of these is used
for production purposes. Two domestic wells are located just north of the
project site. Drinking water to the area is supplied by a public utility and is
derived from production wells outside the one-quater mile radius. Some
domestic wells in the area may still be used for loc,•I irrgation.
4.1
eAccording to the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central
Valley Region, the Board generally considers all groundwater within the
i
Central Valley has potentially beneficial use.
