Derek said he thought I hadn't gotten to
you/his October 2008 work plan for soil vapor intrusion testing.
My records indicate I APPROVED the work plan in correspondence dated October
9, 2008. Four days after I received it on Geotracker. I uploaded this letter to
Geotracker on October 14,as now required by State law.
Althought I did NOT include a due date in the approval letter, I did ask for a permit
application IMMEDIATELY.
as of today, 2 months later, I have not received the application or $89 fee and
haven't heard word one from either of you.
no happy. Our chances for NFA this year have vanished.
let's shoot for doing what it takes to qualify for NFA this fiscal year, ok?
Derek, attached is the two page Application form. Fill it out and send it with $89
NOW.
get the work schedule for as soon as you can (except for the week of Dec 22-26).
call me, email me, US Mail me, but don't drop the ball on this one.
Michael J.
