The site plan depicts several trees in the front of the <br /> chtirch. These trees should be maintained in such a manner <br /> as they cannot be used to conceal criminal activity. Trees <br /> should be trimmed six feet from the ground so they do not <br /> obscure observation by the occupants in the house on the <br /> church grounds, neighbors, and security personnel. <br /> The construction site and all open storage of materials, <br /> supplies and equipment should be secured by fencing and a <br /> gate capable of being locked. Any building, trailer, shed <br /> or other device used as a construction office or for storage <br /> must be placed within the fenced portion of the construction <br /> site. The fenced area should be illuminated during hours of <br /> darkness. All .exits/entrances should be locked when personnel <br /> are not present. <br />
