Conditions of Approval <br /> SA-92-26 <br /> Page 4 <br /> 6. All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments. <br /> 7 . All grading authorized by the permit shall be <br /> approved prior to issuance of any building permit, <br /> or beginning of any construction. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. <br /> The space(s) shall be located as close as possible <br /> the primary entrance. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> b. Provide identification signs for the parking <br /> space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each <br /> entrance or visible from each space. (C.C.R. , <br /> Title 24) <br /> C. The slope of parking space shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot. (C.C.R. , Title 24) <br /> S. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> a. The applicant shall notify the district in writing with <br /> respect to the actual date of construction/grading one <br /> week prior to said activities. <br /> 6. TRACY JOINT UNION HIGH SCHO^L DISTRICT <br /> a. The building area being constructed on this site will be <br /> subject to the school development fees authorized by <br /> Government Code 53080 et seq and duly adopted by the <br /> board of Trustees of the Tracy Joint Union High School <br /> District. The owner of the buildings should make <br /> arrangements to meet this requirement at the District r <br /> office prior to completion of the building permit <br /> process. <br />
