CHRONOLOGY <br /> 14800 S HWY 99, MANTECA <br /> 7122188 PHS/EHD received a work plan for a site assessment. <br /> 812188 Two soil borings were completed as monitoring wells. <br /> 8123188 PHSIEHD received a copy of the sample results and filed a Prop <br /> 65 notification and a URF. <br /> 11122/88 PHSIEHD received the report of the August 1988 work. MW1 is a <br /> 2" cased well screened from 29 feet to 49 feet below grade and <br /> MW2 is a 2" cased well screened from 31 feet to 46 feet below <br /> grade. Water was 33.5 to 35 feet below grade. Soil and water <br /> contamination was found. <br /> 411/89 The site was placed in the LOP- <br /> 4110189 PHSIEHD received a work plan for additional wells. <br /> 4127189 Monitoring wells 3 and 4 installed. <br /> 9/12/89 Report of April 1989 work. MW3 is a 2" cased well screened from <br /> 29 to 49 feet and MW4 is a 2" cased well screened from 20 to 40 <br /> feet below grade. Water was at about 29 feet below grade. The <br /> top of the well casings was surveyed to an assumed on site <br /> benchmark. A well survey was conducted but addresses were not <br /> provided. The gradient was northeast. Soil and water <br /> contamination were found. Installation of 4 more monitoring wells <br /> was recommended. <br /> 10/13/89 A telephone memo indicated 200 yards of contaminated soil was <br /> brought to the site from 1399 E. Yosemite, Manteca. <br /> 1118189 Letter from Delta Environmental stating the UST's will be replaced <br /> and proposing stockpiling and aerating the contaminated soil. Also <br /> proposed installation of soil venting piping. <br /> 11/22/89 Removal of three 10,000 gallon tanks (regular, unleaded, diesel). <br /> Tanks were in good condition but odor and discoloration of soil was <br /> noted.
