1012190 Problem Assessment Report dated September 14, 1990. MW5, <br /> MW6, MW7, MW8 are 2" cased wells screened from 20 to 40 feet, <br /> 25 to 40 feet, 16 to 36 feet, and 25 to 40 feet respectively. Water <br /> was about 31 feet below grade. Soil venting components were <br /> installed in the tank basin after the UST's were removed. (2) 4" <br /> screened 25 feet long casings were placed at 10 feet below grade, <br /> below the product lines and (2) 4" screened 25 feet long casings <br /> were placed at 17 feet below grade, below the USTs. All top of <br /> well casings were survey by a registered surveyor. The gradient <br /> was east, northeast. <br /> 1131191 Sampling of the stockpiled soil and monitoring wells. <br /> 419191 Report of stockpile soil sampling. Soil samples were composited 4 <br /> to 1. The results were all non detect. The report requested moving <br /> the soil off site. <br /> 5113191 PHSIEHD letter stating the sampling of the soil for removal off site <br /> should have been discreet and the extent of soil and groundwater <br /> contamination still needed to be defined. <br /> 616191 PHSIEHD received a proposal to grade the site with the stockpiled <br /> soil. <br /> 711191 PHSIEHD letter approving the soil for landscaping on site. <br /> 818191 Received a work plan for an additional monitoring well and a <br /> hydropunch. <br /> 919191 PHSIEHD letter commenting on placement of monitoring well and <br /> hydropunch. <br /> 11/15/91 Monitoring well 9 installed. <br /> 6130192 Problem Assessment Report dated June 26, 1992 had the results <br /> of the installation of MW9, a 4° cased well screened from 23 to 43 <br /> feet below grade. Soil and development water from MW9 <br /> installation was transported to a disposal facility. Report included <br /> results of water samples collected from monitoring wells on April <br /> 20, 1992. The gradient was southwest. <br /> 8/20/92 - Sampling of monitoring wells and reporting of results. <br /> 2125193 <br />
