1 <br /> FINAL MWEEMATON PLAN <br /> 14800 West Frontage Road Manteca,California <br /> 3.5 S stem Construction Operation, and Monitoring <br />' The system will be constructed maintained andr <br /> ope aced according to all federal, state, <br /> and local guidelines, statutes, laws, and permit requirements All discharges resulting <br />' from the operation of the system will be monitored and reported as required <br /> During system startup it is proposed that effluent water samples be collected daily for the <br />' first 3 days of operation, then weekly for a period of I month Thereafter, quarterly <br /> effluent samples will be collected and documented in quarterly monitoring reports <br />' 3.6 Air Sample Monitoring <br />' During system startup, air samples will be collected during the first 3 days, then weekly <br /> for a period of I month, then monthly until the system is shut down Each sampling event <br /> will be documented in quarterly monitoring reports <br />' If the system is not in compliance with air or water discharge requirements, the system <br /> will be shut down until appropriate modifications can be completed <br />' 3.7 Schedule a - <br /> System construction will be scheduled as soon as permits are approved by the local <br />' building department and the SJCAPCD Startup of the system will begin as soon as all <br /> inspections are secured and approval is obtained from the San Joaquin County <br />' Environmental Health Department <br /> 90-097A FRP -10- <br />
