VI. REMOVAL. OPERATIONS <br /> A. FquipmenL The following equipment shall be provided at the Site as <br /> needed for clean-up: <br /> (1) 930 Catepiilar frontend loader equipped with a four-in-one bucket <br /> (1) Backhoe <br /> Removal/transportation trailers as needed <br /> Hand tools as needed (i.e., shovels and rakes) <br /> Brass tools for use around metal containers with flammable or unknown <br /> chemical contents <br /> Personal protective equipment (PPE) [Described above] <br /> Spill absorbing material <br /> No equipment shall leave the site unless fust properly decontaminated <br /> Personnel- <br /> (1) <br /> (1) Supervisor of operations provided by contractor. Supervisor shall have <br /> the following qualifications: supervisorial level training in hazardous material <br /> hand Iing/removal, CPR certified, past experience in clean-up and removal of hazardous <br /> materials (see Hazardous Substances Removal and Remedial Actions Certificate attached to <br /> Schedule "3"). <br /> This "Supervisor"shall be supplied by the contractor,the entity hired by the <br /> Owner/Operator to complete the clean-up. [See Schedule #3 attached hereto.] <br /> (2) Hazardous material handlers provided by Owner/Operator. These <br /> personnel will have a minimum of 40 hours of off-site instruction in the handling of <br /> hazardous materials as required by 29 CFR § 1910.120. <br /> (3) Laborers. <br /> (4) Frontend loader/operator. <br /> (5) Backhoe operator. <br /> (6) Operators of tractors to transport removal trailers. <br /> 11 <br />
