VIII- POST REMOVAL REMEDIATION
1. Once all non-natural and hazardous materials have been removed from the
Site, the Environmental Division of the Public Health Services, as the Local Enforcement
Agency, shall promptly produce a written verification of compliance with this plan and
specify that the Site has been properly closed.
2. The history of the Site as known by the Owner/Operator,as well as the U.S.
Geological Survey's Holt, California quadrangle map (produced from 1974-1976 aerial
photographs) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Soil Conservation Service Holt,
California quadrangle map (produced from 1970-1977 aerial photographs),as well as aerial
photographs back through at least 1962, suggest that as of at least 1962, the Site was no
longer a part of Whiskey Slough. Based on this information, the Owner/Operatorshall take
no action to return the Site to any pre-landfill condition. It is anticipated that the Site
shall eventually support native flora and fauna.
AUTHORIZATION
The foregoing 16 page Clean Closure Plan has been reviewed by Public Health
Services of San Joaquin County. The Owner/Operator is hereby authorized to begin and
conduct its cleanup and closure of the Site in accordance with this Plan and all applicable
Federal and State laws. /
DATED: ,199
-R'ONAII5 VALINOT , REHS
Director Environn=tal Health Division
16
