Report Preparation <br /> We will prepare a site investigation report to present our findings and conclusions. The report will <br /> include(but not be limited to)the following: <br /> - Introduction/project description <br /> - Investigative methods,results, and field observations <br /> - Data analysis and discussion <br /> - Geophysical survey findings <br /> - Conclusions and recommendations <br /> - Remedial action alternatives, if warranted <br /> - GPS boring and sample location data <br /> - Summarized laboratory data tables <br /> - Vicinity Map <br /> - Site Plans depicting boring/sample locations <br /> - Site photographs <br /> - Appendices including geophysical survey records, boring logs, and laboratory reports and <br /> COC documentation <br /> We will provide Caltrans with one copy of the draft report, and upon receipt and incorporation of <br /> Caltrans comments, we will provide three hard copies and one electronic copy (CD) of the finalized <br /> site investigation report. <br /> PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The following project schedule will be adhered to with the exception of potential delays due to <br /> regulatory permitting or inclement weather: <br /> Task Date <br /> Complete Field Work January 19,2010 <br /> Submit Analytical Results to Caltrans February 2,2010 <br /> Draft Report February 16, 2010 <br /> Final Report March 9, 2010 <br /> Stockton State Route 99 Improvement Project,Task Order No.82 Caltrans Contract 06A1141,EA 10-3A 1001 <br /> Project No.59200-06-82 -6- December 30,2009 <br />
