Dispenser Pans and Sumps - Containment boxes manufactured of a single <br /> wall construction of a thickness of 200 mils. They are manufactured using a glass <br /> fiber reinforcing in combination with an isopothalic polyester resin. The sumps are <br /> contact molded. See ILLS. 1, 2 and 3. Sumps may be provided with an opening and <br /> access panel for field installation in accordance with ILL. C. <br /> Double Wall Sumps - The inner sump wall is fabricated identically to the single <br /> wall models. The interstitial material is applied over the single wall sump and the <br /> outer wall is applied over the interstitial material to a minimum thickness of 200 <br /> mils (0.20 in.) . An interstitial access fitting is installed to allow for testing <br /> and/or monitoring in the field. Refer to Ill. 7 for fabrication process details. <br /> The following lists identify the materials are used in the manufacturing <br /> process and are subjected to the Follow-Up Program outlined in <br /> File MH19409, Vol. 1, App. A. <br /> A. isopothalic Polyester Resins - Reichhold No. 33-407, may also be <br /> designated as Reichhold 98-493. <br /> B. Catalyst - Methyl ethyl ketone peroxide in dimethyl phthalate technical <br /> grade. Identified by product name on container. <br /> C. Glass Fiber Chopping Roving - Owens Corning Fiberglass No. 357. <br /> D. Interstitial Material - Parabeam 3D glass fabric Type 87136. <br /> 3. Penetration Fittings - Consist of the following: <br /> Item Material Designation & Manufacturer ILL. <br /> Body M90, Hoechst Celanese Corp. <br /> 500BK602, E. I. DuPont de Nemours & Co., Inc. - <br /> Sealant RTV 108, Silicon, GE Plastics - <br /> Penetration fittings are packaged with stainless steel band clamps. <br /> Reducers are molded of R/C (OMFZ2) by E. I. DuPont de Nemours& Co., <br /> Inc., designated ALCRYN, Model 2070BK. Gasket also provided, overall <br /> dimensions approx. 5.25 in. ID, 5.75 in. OD and 0.27 in. high. <br />
