AIP' - <br /> GP-88-15 , ZR-88-12 and WC-88-3 page 2 <br /> General Plan Amendment/Reclassification - If this General Plan <br /> Amendment is approved, any subsequent residential development <br /> would require public water, sewage disposal, and drainage services <br /> provided by the City of Tracy. The provision of these services <br /> by the City however, may conflict with the City' s staging plan <br /> for residential development or violate the City' s policy of main- <br /> taining compact residential development. <br /> NOTE: The pre-application is designed to inform prospective <br /> applicants of general plan consistency, zoning consistency, <br /> public improvement requirements , preliminary design con- <br /> straints and opportunities, and major environmental and <br /> safety issues . This information is provided in the hope <br /> of assisting the applicant in submitting a better and more <br /> complete application, as well as minimizing processing <br /> time. It is not intended to be an in-depth analysis, and, <br /> an environmental assessment is not completed. The appli- <br /> cant should be aware that a detailed review will not be <br /> done until the full application is submitted.
