Your <br /> phones do not answer and there is no way to leave you a voice message. <br /> ARCO is trying to get your permission to install one monitoring well that the <br /> EHD is requiring. The well (drilling) is proposed in the rear parking lot at your <br /> grocery store located at 2517 E. Fremont Street, Stockton, California. <br /> The drilling and ALL costs for this well will be borne by ARCO and NOT <br /> you. I must advise you that if you do not grant access to ARCO for this <br /> procedure, it is possible YOU may be listed as an additional responsible party in <br /> the ARCO underground storage tank investigation and YOU may have to install <br /> this well and conduct the invPstination at Ynl IR nwN rnct <br />
