<br /> In response to the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) Resolution #2009-0042
<br /> dated May 19, 2009, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has
<br /> reviewed the ground water analytical data collected to date for the above subject site and has
<br /> modified the quarterly sampling requirement as follows:
<br /> 1. Monitoring wells MW-1S through MW-4S, MWAD, MW-5, MW-7 and MW-8 are to be
<br /> sampled and analyzed for gasoline range organics (GRO), benzene, toluene, ethyl-
<br /> benzene, and xylene (BTEX), ethylene di-bromide (EDB), and 1,2-dichloroethane (DCA)
<br /> semi-annually with the next sampling event to be held in 2009.
<br /> 2. The fuel oxygenates, di-isopropyl ether (DIPE), ethyl tertiary butyl ether (EtBE), tertiary
<br /> amyl methyl ether (TAME), tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA), and methyl tert-butyl ether
<br /> (MtBE), and ethanol (EtOH) dissolved oxygen (DO) may be sampled once every two
<br /> years (biennially) from all of the wells associated with this site.
<br /> California underground storage tank regulations require responsible parties to report quarterly
<br /> to the lead regulatory agency (EHD) on the investigative and remedial status of the site,
<br /> activities conducted at the site during the reporting period, and dates when future activities at
<br /> the site will occur.
