Hwy. 120 <br /> Ripon, CA 95366 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) has completed it ' s review of the letter report <br /> submitted by WaterWork on February 28 , 1991. <br /> In accordance with Tri-Regional Guidelines, this office is <br /> requesting the installation -of the additional two monitoring wells <br /> as originally agreed to in your letter dated August 10, 1990. <br /> The Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) <br /> has concurred with this office that these additional monitoring <br /> wells will be required in order to determine the groundwater <br /> gradient and full extent of the groundwater contamination. <br /> A work plan which proposes a complete groundwater investigation <br /> should be submitted to PHS/EHD by May 6, 1991. <br /> Also, a letter of acknowledgment is enclosed for your completion <br /> and return. <br /> If you have any further questions, contact Linda Turkatte, EHS,- of <br /> my staff at (209) 468-3442 . <br /> Jogi Khan /' M.
