(PHS/EHD) has completed the review of the Problem <br /> Assessment Report (PAR) submitted by Water Works on November 16, <br /> 1990. <br /> PHS/EHD agreed with Franzia's and WaterWork's suggestion to <br /> initially install only one monitoring well, with the understanding <br /> that two additional monitoring wells would be placed at this site <br /> if the laboratory results showed elevated concentrations of <br /> gasoline hydrocarbons.
