Additionally, <br /> service trucks shall not obstruct pedestrian paths, driveways, and sidewalks. <br /> 15. Upon completion of water monitoring, the well shall be abandoned in accordance <br /> with the requirements of San Joaquin Public Health Services. <br /> 16. The permittee shall be wholly responsible to adjust all well boxes/vaults to any and <br /> all grade changes that occur In the subject area due to construction, demolition, or <br /> any other occurrence. <br /> 17.
