This scope of work has been prepared by Condor Earth <br /> Technologies, Inc. (Condor) at the request of Mr. Remo Canepa. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (SJC PHS/EHD) has <br /> requested that an additional soil and groundwater investigation be conducted at the site. This Addendum <br /> includes the investigation of soil and groundwater using a cone penetrometer (CPT) and the installation <br /> of 6 additional monitoring wells. <br /> The work to be completed by Condor for the above referenced site will consist of the following tasks: <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> TASK 1 — Regulatory Technical Assistance (Pre-Approval Request Preparation) <br /> • Condor will prepare a pre-approval request to be submitted to the State of California <br /> Water Resources Control Board, Division of Clean Water Programs, Underground <br /> Storage Tanlc Cleanup Fund Program for Tasks 2 through 6 of this scope of work. <br /> TASK 2 — Project Planning and Regulatory Agency Negotiations <br /> • This task includes Condor consulting hours associated with meetings and <br /> correspondence with the client, the SJC PHS/EHD, the SJVAPCD, and the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (CRWQCB). Condor anticipates extensive <br /> negotiations and correspondence with all concerned parties regarding well construction as a <br /> result of CPT-derived data. <br />
