(CET) . The letter included modifications and additions to <br /> the previously approved work plan Sol Boring and Monitoring Well Irstallatwn dated November <br /> 17, 1999 prepared by CET. CET requested relocating the proposed well from west of <br /> monitoring well # 4 (MW-4) to the northwest comer of the site . The letter also included the <br /> labeled positions of the three proposed cone penetrometer technology (CPT) borings . <br /> PHS/EHD approves these modifications and additions to the work plan.
