Deaners <br /> We are in receipt of your letter dated July 8 , . 1998 , discussing <br /> the " Annual Case Review for Underground Storage Tank Cleanup <br /> Fund ( Fund ) Claims Having an Active Letter of Commitment for <br /> Five Years or More . " The letter indicates that we must notify <br /> the Fund Manager should we not want to have our case reviewed . <br /> It is our understanding that the San Joaquin County PHS /EHD <br /> will require additional investigation to fully characterize <br /> our site .
