Provisions will also be made to complete two of the wells as a nested set, allowing <br /> sampling of two water bearing zones in the same location_ The wells will allow <br /> characterization of the vertical component of groundwater contamination. <br /> Task 5 . Replace three monitor well traffic boxes. MW-25 MW -3 , and MW-4 need to be replaced due <br /> to tailing concrete. The work is described in letter dated October 23, 1997, from Condor to the <br /> PHSlEHD. <br /> Upon your approval of a contract addendum, Condor will prepare the work plan for submission to the <br /> PHS/81-LD. Following approval by the PM/E11D, a cost estimate for Tasks 3, 4, and 5 will be prepared <br /> and submitted for pro approval to the Clean- up fund. <br /> 1 would also appreciate it if you would review the Fourth Quarter Monitoring Reports, for both of the <br /> sites, as Soon as possible, so that 3 may forward them to the PHS/ETit] and the RWQCS-CVR.
