My concern with <br /> preapproving interim SVE only is that it may not address your concern of increasing levels and <br /> migration of groundwater contamination. Groundwater assessment and. treatment may be <br /> necessary to control contaminant transport, migration, and to protect the nearby municipal well. <br /> I� <br /> I can consider interim SVE preapproval, but 1 would need the following information from the <br /> Responsible Party before doing so: <br /> 1 . T'he Responsible Party must truce soil samples that characterize the treatment zone. <br /> 2.
