it <br /> M CONTINUED CONDITIONS FOR N-3039- 1 -0 Page: 2 <br /> 8 - Total emissions from the Omni Systems soil remediation equipment (model 17PRV) , shall not exceed the <br /> r following limits duringg any single day: NOx = 0 .5 lbs/day ; CO = 10 . 4 lbs/day ; SOx = 0 . 1 lbs/day ; PM10 <br /> = <br /> 0. 2 /day and HC (Nonmethane) = 8 . 2 lbs/day . <br /> 9 - The annual emissions of any affected pollutant from all emissions units associated with <br /> decontamination project shall not exceed (2) two tons per year. <br /> 10 - The permittee shall make provisions for laboratory samples to be taken at the time of the initial <br /> inspection under the supervision of the Air Pollution Control Inspector. Samples shall be taken at <br /> locations both upstream and downstream of the system . <br /> 11 - Samples shall be analyzed for TPH and BTEX . FID readings shall be taken from the same sampling ports <br /> immediately following the laboratory samples. Laboratory results shall be received by the District <br /> prior to commencing system operation . <br /> 12 - The influent hydrocabon concentration and emissions from the Omni Systems soil remediation <br /> equipment(model 17PRV) , shall be measured three times a day for at least 15 minutes for each <br /> sampling, 2 days a week for the first month and weekly thereafter. <br /> 13 - A weekly log indicating the measured daily, weekly and cumulative influent hydrocarbon concentrations <br /> and emissions shall be maintained and made available for District inspection upon request. <br /> 14 - A weekly log indicating the operating hours of the soil decontamination system and fuel usage shall <br /> be kepton the premises and shall be made available for District inspection upon request. <br /> if <br /> f: <br /> if I <br />
