12 . Samples shall be analyzed for TPH and BTEX . FID readings shall be taken from the <br /> same sampling ports immediately following the laboratory samples . Laboratory results <br /> shall be received by the District prior to commencing system operation . <br /> 13 . The influent hydrocarbon concentration and emissions from the Omni Systems soil <br /> remediation equipment (model 17PRV) , shall be measured three times a day for at least <br /> 15 minutes for each sampling, 2 days a week for the first month and weekly thereafter. <br /> 14 . A weekly log indicating the measured daily, weekly and cumulative influent hydrocarbon <br /> concentrations and emissions shall be maintained and made available for District <br /> inspection upon request. <br /> 15 .
