r
P
July 28, 1988 AGS Job No. 38012-2
Former UNOCAL Service Station, Stockton, California
1.4
effective soil remediation plan, if required. In addition,
Applied GeoSystems recommends installing two additional ground-
water monitoring wells to further delineate the extent of the
hydrocarbon contamination plume. The locations of these wells
f:T
are shown on the Proposed Monitoring Well Location Map.
LIMITATIONS
This report was prepared in accordance with generally accepted
standards of environmental geological practice in California at
the time this investigation was performed. This investigation
was conducted solely for the purpose of evaluating environmental
conditions of the soil with respect to hydrocarbon-product
t.
contamination in the vicinity of the former gasoline storage
tanks. Na soil engineering or geotechnical references are
implied or should be inferred. Evaluation of the geologic
conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation is
made from a limited number of observation points. Subsurface
conditions may vary away from the data points available.
Additional work, including further subsurface investigation, can
reduce the inherent uncertainties associated with this type of
investigation.
l
E .
Z8
4iY
App/led. 000SyWOMS
