(AGE). The EHD has the following comments: <br /> The EHD had directed by letter dated September 2, 2008, submission of workplans to <br /> the EHD by November 7, 2008, for conducting a rebound test of the soil vapor <br /> extraction/insitu air sparging (SVE/IAS) system, conducting a soil vapor survey, and <br /> implementation of the tracer test of monitoring well MW-13A through MW-13C. In the <br /> QR, AGE responded to the EHD directive by recommending preparation of a workplan to <br /> conduct an SVE rebound test, implementation of a ground water tracer test at well <br /> MW-13 (A-C), and preparation of a soil-gas vapor intrusion investigation work plan. AGE <br /> also recommended preparation of a workplan to advance one confirmation soil boring in <br /> an area 5 feet to 15 feet north-northwest of well AW-2 and if petroleum-impacted soil <br /> should be encountered in the confirmation soil boring, convert the boring to a soil vapor <br /> extraction well. <br /> The EHD directs that the work plans to conduct the rebound test of the SVE/lAS system, <br /> advance the proposed confirmation soil boring, and to conduct a soil vapor investigation <br /> be submitted to the EHD for review by February 13, 2009; include a technical <br /> justification for the selected sampling points. The EHD also directs that the ground water <br /> tracer test at well MW-13 (A-C) be implemented by February 13, 2009.
