RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon fourth quarter 2004 data collected from the site, AGE recommends <br /> • Continued quarterly ground water monitoring and sampling at the site,to reduce unnecessary <br /> sampling/analytical costs AGE recommends removal of wells with four consecutive events <br /> with no detection of contamination from the sampling program (MW-7, MW-8, MW-10, <br /> MW-11, and MW-12) Quarterly ground water sampling of the remaining wells should <br /> continue to monitor the progress of the SVE and IAS remediation system <br /> • Continued operation of the on-site SVE and IAS remediation system, progress will be <br /> evaluated on a quarterly basis <br /> • One additional ground water monitoring well is warranted off-site and east of well MW-4 <br /> to delineate the downgradient,vertical extent of petroleum-impact AGE is in the process of <br /> attempting to contact the appropriate property owners(to the northeast) so that a monitoring <br /> well access agreement can be reached To date,AGE has made several unsuccessful attempts <br /> to reach the appropriate property owners of the adjacent condominium complex <br /> • With the exception of monitoring wells MW-2 and MW-4, SVE/IAS remediation efforts <br /> have been effective in reducing petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations to either non <br /> detectable levels or near-non detectable levels Based on this success, AGE is proposing to <br /> augment the existing SVE/IAS remediation system by installing a total of two (2)additional <br /> SVE wells and two(2)additional IAS wells in the areas of MW-2 and MW-4(See Figure 2) <br /> IAdvanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
