I • • <br /> I <br /> • It then passes through the oxidizer to be thoroughly combusted at the pre- <br /> set levels described before. All Oxidizer chambers are sized for a one second <br /> retention time. <br /> Ali vapors are monitored for LEL% prior to entering the oxidizer and are <br /> maintained at a pre-set level by a controller in the panel which receives a <br /> signal from a sensor transmitter in the process line. The controller modulates <br /> the dilution valve to allow an accurate flow of vapor The system also <br /> contains a manual valve to add further dilution on some sites that have very <br /> high concentrations. We also monitor Oxygen level and record it, if the level <br /> drops too low the system will close the isolation valve and open the purge <br /> valve until the level returns to a safe condition.
