Some items have previously been submitted to your <br /> office to indicate compliance. This letter summarizes all of our actions taken as a result <br /> of your inspection. <br /> Below are responses to each of the items noted on your inspection report: <br /> Hazardous Waste Inspection <br /> Item #6: Solvent soaked rags are being discarded into a Class 111 dumpster <br /> We have improved our management of used solvent and oil soaked rags. <br /> This situation has been corrected as follows: <br /> • We have contracted with Aramark Services to provide laundry <br /> service for used rags. Disposable towels will no longer be used.
