In addition, the <br /> individual or individuals authorizing the continued investigation shall provide <br /> identification with respect to their title of authority. <br /> Include in all proposals and reports a site specific Health and Safety Plan <br /> describing personal protection for all field personnel (see 29 CFR 1910.120 of <br /> OSHA regulations) : <br /> This protection should include the use of personal protective equipment <br /> such as coveralls, gloves, steel toe and shank shoes or boots (leather or <br /> chemical resistant material) , safety glasses, and hard hats.
