As indicated in the report, all water samples were analyzed for <br /> total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) and aromatic hydrocarbons Groundwater samples from <br /> monitoring wells MW-2,MW-6, and MW-7 contained benzene above the California Department <br /> of Health Services recommended action levels for drinking water. In order to track the <br /> natural degradation of hydrocarbons beneath the site, Chevron:will continue to monitor the <br /> site on a quarterly basis.
