UST Tank Information forms for the diesel and 91 product are
not current in CERS_ The 91 product tank(TA0519981)configuration is listed as "a
stand-alone tank" with one compartment when i(n]fact there are two compartments,
one for the diesel and one for the 91 product. Any change of information must be
updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update
the required information, and submit for review by EHD. On February 3, 2016, BP
Vendor, Belshire Environmental Services, inc., updated the Diesel and 91 tank information
in CERS so that each now show as "one in a compartmented unit" and indicate the number
of compartments in said unit as "2." Attached are copies of the submittal summary, as
well as both amended tank pages, for your review and records.
• HSC 25290.1(d) Monitoring system not maintained to detect entry into secondary
containment(after Jul 2004), The 87 product STP sump sensor failed when tested.
The continuous monitoring system shall be maintained to detect the entry of the
liquid or vapor phase of the hazardous substance stored in the primary containment
into the secondary containment and to detect water intrusion into the secondary
containment. The service technician replaced the 208 sensor, like for like. This was
corrected on site. As noted in your Inspection Report, this item was corrected at the time
of the inspection,as BP Testing and Maintenance vendor, Gettler-Ryan, Inc., replaced and
successfully retested the 208 sensor at issue. A copy of the complete Monitoring
Certification is attached for your review and records.
