EHD Co phance Statement
STARR DROP & HOOK
Jason Desalvatore
2420 E. Eight Mile Rd
Stockton, CA 95210
September 28, 2011
Garret Backus or whom it may concern:
I am writing this letter Ito show how we have tried to abate the code violations given to us this past
month. I will itemize te violations and explain each effort to correct them.
7a Used absorbeIt is contained in a 55 gallon drum with a lid and locking seal. It has been labeled
with a proper hazardo s waste label. A picture is included.
- '9M AZAHOO S WASTEi t 7
I 1
I
1
\
1 ,
7b Prior to movininto the site, the oil water separator on site was abused and neglected by
previous tenants. The eparator needed to be pumped out, cleaned out, and restored with new
filtration media. This i a very costly endeavor. The property owner is taking responsibility for this cost
and cleanup, as I am fa ilitating the cleanup effort. The water generated from separator will be pumped
into an above ground h Iding tank and reused for washing water.
At this point w have had Kern Oil Filter Recycling come out and begin the cleanout process. We
anticipate their completion by the 30`h of September. We should have the oil water separator functional
by Oct 7.
Included is a copy of an invoice for the first stage of the cleanout process, as well as pictures of the initial
pump out.
