AERO-MOD SYSTEM AND EQUIPMENT <br /> On February 16 & 17, Jeff Woodard of Aero-Mod was on-site and inspected the <br /> system mechanically in a dry condition. Mr. Woodard noted that there are not any <br /> problems with the system and that water testing could commence at any time. Mr. <br /> Woodard also indicated that there is a chance that a representative from Misco-Pacific <br /> will be coming to the job to perform the next round of testing. Aero-Mod will test all <br /> of the associated equipment including setting and adjusting the aeration blowers. Any <br /> water requirements will be met utilizing the raw sewage filter feed pumps and will be <br /> discharged to the contact basin. Aero-Mod will conduct a formal training session <br /> during this visit. We expect the duration of the initial clean water testing and training <br /> to be two days. <br /> 1V. PARKSON FILTER <br /> The filter unit will be tested using clean water and the water will be discharged to the <br /> contact basin vis the filter overflow weir. Training will be conducted during start-up <br /> and testing of the filter. We expect testing and training to take four hours. <br /> V. FILTER AIR COMPRESSOR <br /> The filter air compressor will be tested prior to filter testing, <br /> Vl. CHEMICAL SYSTEM <br /> The chemical system can be tested using water however the testing should be done <br /> using chemicals. Training will be conducted following testing at a date to be <br /> established. We anticipate testing to take one day. <br /> VII. DIESEL GENERATOR <br /> The generator will be checked for proper installation on February 22. At a future date <br /> to be established by the County the function test of the unit and training will occur. <br /> VIII. ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION <br /> The electrical and instrumentation system will be tested by CMC. Following testing as <br /> a separate activity CMC will demonstrate the operation of the system as pan of their <br /> training session, Testing and training will take one day. <br />
