SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
Based upon data collected on 12 March 2001, AGE concludes the following
• Generally, the subsurface of the site from surface grade to approximately 60 feet bsg, was
comprised of silt, sandy silt, clayey silt, silty clay and clay Poorly graded sand, gravelly sand
and silty sand layers were encountered from approximately 12 feet to 16 feet, 19 feet to 20 5
feet and 39 feet to 40 feet bsg in boring CPT-1, from 13 feet to 17 feet and 37 feet to 43 feet
bsg in boring CPT-2, from 12 feet to 25 5 feet and 39 feet to 42 feet bsg in boring CPT-3 and
from 40 feet to 43 feet bsg in boring CPT-4
• TPH-g was not detected in any of the soil or ground water samples collected during this
Iinvestigation
• Very low concentrations of BTEX compounds were detected in the water samples collected
from CPT-1 and CPT-2 Due to the very low concentration of BTEX compounds detected
at 39 to 43 feet bsg,AGE believes that the plume of dissolved BTEX contamination does not
. extend significantly below 43 feet bsg
Advanced GeoEnvironmentai,inc
