SA-92-74 OF GEORGE GALATSATOS (C/O MIRE SMITH) ----------------------------------------------------------------- The request is for a Site Approval application to remove an existing 4 , 000-square foot restaurant and replace it with a new 7 , 560-square foot restaurant. The project site is located on the east side of State Route 88/12 , 1150 feet south of the Jack Tone Road Bypass, Lockeford. The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the following Conditions of Approval. However, no action will be taken on the application until the applicant submits a will-serve letter from the Lockeford Community Services District for public water and sewage disposal. Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior to the initiation of the use. This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have been secured and remain in force. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified.
