SA-92-74 OF GEORGE <br /> GALATSATOS (C/O MIRE SMITH) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The request is for a Site Approval application to remove an <br /> existing 4 , 000-square foot restaurant and replace it with a new <br /> 7 , 560-square foot restaurant. The project site is located on the <br /> east side of State Route 88/12 , 1150 feet south of the Jack Tone <br /> Road Bypass, Lockeford. <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> application and intends to approve it subject to the following <br /> Conditions of Approval. However, no action will be taken on the <br /> application until the applicant submits a will-serve letter from <br /> the Lockeford Community Services District for public water and <br /> sewage disposal. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and prior <br /> to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br />
