This approval shall be for the removal of an existing <br /> 4, 000-square foot restaurant and its replacement with a <br /> new 7,560-square foot restaurant. <br /> 2 . Connection to public sewage disposal and water supply <br /> shall be required prior to the initiation of the approved <br /> use and the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> 3 . The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of <br /> the County Ordinance Code) <br /> 4. Submit an Improvement Plan prepared by a registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, on- <br /> site parking, existing and proposed utility services, and <br /> grading. Storm drainage run-off shall be retained on- <br /> site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain <br /> improvements shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> Pond capacity calculations shall be submitted for <br /> approval. If pond is deeper than eighteen (18) inches, <br /> a six (6) foot chain link fence shall be installed around <br /> the perimeter. A plan check fee will be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-884) <br /> 5. A minimum of eighty-three (83) automobile parking spaces <br /> shall be provided for the approved use. The size and <br /> location of the parking spaces shall be consistent with <br /> the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the Development <br /> Title. The spaces shall be installed prior to the <br /> initiation of the approved use and shall be permanently <br /> paved with concrete or asphalt concrete and be <br /> delineated. Bumper guards shall be provided where <br /> necessary to protect structures or properties. There <br /> shall be no truck or automobile parking associated with <br /> the approved use on State Route 88/12 . <br /> 6. The minimum dimensions for parking aisles (the space <br /> required for maneuvering vehicles within a parking lot) <br /> shall be as set forth in Figure 9-1015. 5 of the <br /> Development Title. The southernmost aisle does not <br /> conform (also, the electrical service pole is hazardous) . <br /> The northernmost aisle shall be posted for one-way only <br /> traffic and the exterior opening door needs to be <br /> protected from traffic.
